Scope and responsibilities
OneAdna Solutions Private Limited operates AsliWali. We handle platform accounts, security, billing and support information. Businesses also make their own decisions about customer records, service details, offers and communications they submit; they must provide appropriate notices and permissions. Contact info@asliwali.com about personal information. Our registered office is 29-319, Pasuvula, Asupathri, Ongole, Prakasam, Andhra Pradesh, 523201, India. Grievance Officer: Amar Aravapalli · amar@asliwali.com.
Information used by the service
Depending on the feature, information includes name, phone/email, account and business details, verification documents, customer memberships, visits, purchases, rewards, invoices, service records, messages and consent/opt-out records. We receive payment references and status from the payment provider. Do not place full card information, OTPs or passwords in messages. Technical information such as session/security records and request logs may be used to operate and protect the service.
Location and public information
Location is requested for nearby stores/offers and check-in validation. Denying device location can prevent those features; it does not permit us to invent a visit. Check-in records can include location used for validation. Business profile fields intentionally published on store pages are public. Customer account, invoice and private service information is not made public merely because the customer joins a store. Review public fields before publishing them.
Why information is processed
We use relevant information to sign users in, operate selected features, validate visits, maintain business/customer records, produce invoices, confirm payments, route messages, prevent fraud, provide support and meet legal obligations. Marketing is subject to the required permission and channel preferences. Joining a store or paying an invoice is not blanket consent to advertising.
Who can receive information
The relevant business and its authorized staff can access the records needed for that relationship. AsliWali administrators and specifically permitted staff can access information for support, billing, verification and security within assigned permissions. Hosting/database services process stored data; configured email providers and Meta/WhatsApp process messages; Razorpay processes payments. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to establish or defend a lawful claim. Sharing/downloading a PDF sends or creates a separate copy under the recipient’s control.
Cloud storage and device storage
Cloud storage and service providers may process information in different locations. Contact our grievance officer for information about the providers and locations relevant to your account. Browser cookies support sessions and security; the PWA may cache application assets and device preferences. Downloaded invoices and documents remain on the device where saved. Clearing a browser cache does not delete cloud records, and account closure does not remotely erase a shared PDF.
Security and retention
We use authentication, access restrictions and protection for stored sensitive records, but no system is absolutely secure. Retain only the information needed for the service, security, disputes or applicable legal/accounting duties. Deletion requests are reviewed against these duties; retained records should be restricted rather than used for unrelated marketing. There is no promise that closing an account instantly removes invoices, backups or provider-held records. Contact our grievance officer for the retention period applicable to a particular record.
Choices, corrections and requests
Use available profile controls to correct details and marketing opt-out links or supported STOP replies to stop promotional messages. You can contact info@asliwali.com to request access, correction, available exports, withdrawal of consent or deletion. We may proportionately verify your identity. Withdrawing permission may stop a feature that requires that information; necessary non-marketing account or invoice communications may continue on a lawful basis. We will explain any information that must be retained and available complaint routes.
Children and sensitive service records
Accounts are intended for adults. Businesses must not enroll children into marketing or upload unnecessary health, financial or other sensitive information. Any legally permitted handling of a dependent’s information requires the appropriate authority, notices and safeguards; this platform does not supply a verified parental-consent system. Clinics should use minimal service-status descriptions and their appropriate clinical record systems for detailed medical records.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and additional consent requested where needed. Statutory privacy and complaint rights remain available under applicable law; this policy does not waive them.

Location permissions and your choices
Nearby search and check-in request your device location when you use those features. They do not require continuous background tracking. You can deny or revoke browser/device location permission; nearby results or location-validated check-in may then be unavailable. Location accuracy varies, and a store’s QR requirement does not guarantee that an inaccurate location reading will be accepted. Do not share a device or account with someone who may record visits in your name.
What is shared with a business
The business you join can access the customer information and activity needed for that relationship, including visits, purchases, rewards, invoices and relevant service conversations. Joining one business does not authorize another business to see those private records. Public store details and deliberately published offers are visible to visitors. A business must explain additional uses of customer information outside AsliWali and obtain any required permission.
Exports, downloads and shared devices
An exported invoice, customer list or message may contain personal information. Only export what you are authorized to use, store it securely and verify the recipient before sharing. Permissions in AsliWali cannot revoke copies already downloaded or forwarded. On shared devices, sign out after use and remove downloaded private files where appropriate. A shared link to a private account document may still require login; sharing the PDF itself creates a separate copy.
Backups, recovery and deletion
Backup copies may remain until replaced or removed under the applicable retention process. A valid deletion request may require removal from active systems and controlled expiry from backups rather than instant erasure from every copy. Where information must be kept for tax, fraud prevention, legal obligations or a dispute, we will explain the relevant restriction. A restored backup must not be used to deliberately undo a valid deletion or marketing opt-out. Contact the grievance officer about the records you want removed.
Business staff and service providers
Businesses must promptly remove departing staff, avoid shared logins and review access to customer and billing records. Hosting, email, messaging and payment services have their own processing and security arrangements. We do not ask users to reveal passwords, OTPs or full payment-card details in support conversations. Report suspicious access or disclosure promptly to the grievance officer, with relevant details but without unnecessary sensitive records.
Consent and account closure
Consent to receive promotions is separate from accepting platform terms and from processing needed to deliver an invoice or a service you requested. An opt-out applies to the relevant channel and business; it does not necessarily close your account. Account closure can be requested through the grievance contact. Business closure, customer closure and deletion of a particular record are different requests, and a business may have its own lawful retention duties.
