Who we are and who these terms cover
AsliWali is a product of OneAdna Solutions Private Limited, GSTIN 37AAECO6743M1ZW. These terms cover business owners, their authorized staff and customers using our website and services. Contact info@asliwali.com for account and policy questions. Our registered office is 29-319, Pasuvula, Asupathri, Ongole, Prakasam, Andhra Pradesh, 523201, India. Grievance Officer: Amar Aravapalli · amar@asliwali.com.
Accounts and authority
You must be at least 18 to create or administer an account and legally able to enter a contract. A business administrator must have authority to represent that business. Keep contact and billing details accurate, protect passwords and OTPs, assign staff only the access they need, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. Business verification checks identity or submitted information; it is not a guarantee of quality, safety, professional licensing or a purchase outcome.
What AsliWali provides
We provide business profiles, customer relationships, check-ins, offers, rewards records, service/order status, messaging tools and invoice records. Features depend on account approval, configuration and the connected provider. A shop, clinic, mechanic or other listed business is responsible for its own goods, services, professional advice, prices, promises, licences and customer obligations. AsliWali does not become the seller or treating professional merely by hosting a listing or invoice. This allocation does not remove any responsibility that the law places on us.
Monthly plan and GST
The business plan is ₹499 per month for the first three paid months for that business and ₹999 per month from paid month four. Both totals include GST; GST is not added again. The displayed 30-day trial is separate from paid months. Only confirmed monthly-plan payments count toward the three-month offer; pending/failed payments and messaging purchases do not. A refund does not automatically restart an introductory offer. The price, tax breakup and service period must be shown before payment. Material future changes apply prospectively with notice, not to an already-paid period.
Renewals, payment links and additional charges
Monthly payment links require a payment each month. They do not authorize automatic deductions. Any future recurring mandate needs a separate, clear authorization and cancellation method. Messaging usage, channel setup and optional services are separate charges only when their price and terms are disclosed and accepted. Do not pay an undisclosed fee. Payment confirmation comes from the payment provider, not a screenshot or browser redirect. A failed or uncertain payment should be checked before paying again.
Invoices and receipts
AsliWali charges are invoiced by OneAdna using our GSTIN. Invoices a business issues to its customer must show that business’s identity and GSTIN where applicable. Businesses are responsible for their item descriptions, tax classification, rates and legally required invoice details. Editable invoice columns do not certify tax compliance. Corrections, cancellation and refunds should preserve an audit trail. Private receipt access is limited to the payer and authorized staff; exporting or sharing a PDF creates a copy outside that access control.
Customer information and messaging
Businesses must have a lawful basis and required consent before adding customer information or sending messages. Marketing consent is separate from joining a store, receiving an invoice or accepting these terms. Do not use purchased lists, spam, impersonation or misleading promotions. Honour opt-outs. WhatsApp uses the business’s configured account and number; approved templates and reply-window restrictions apply. Delivery is subject to the provider and recipient and is not guaranteed. Clinics and other professionals should not put confidential health or similarly sensitive details in marketing messages or public fields.
Check-ins, rewards and service updates
Nearby check-in uses the store’s location, the customer’s location and the radius set by the business. Some businesses require a signed store QR as well. Location can be inaccurate; do not falsify coordinates or claim a visit that did not occur. Rewards are governed by the separate Rewards & Points Policy and the business’s disclosed offer. Service status is entered by the business and is not an independent promise by AsliWali of completion, medical results or delivery.
Acceptable use and ownership
Do not misuse the service for fraud, unlawful goods or services, harassment, discrimination, prohibited content, unauthorized data collection, security attacks or infringement. You retain rights in content you provide and permit us to process and display it only as needed to operate the service, enforce these terms and meet legal duties. Public business content must be accurate and lawful. Our brand and software remain ours or our licensors’. No licence permits copying or reselling the platform without permission.
Suspension, closure and responsibility
We may restrict access proportionately to investigate fraud, security issues, unlawful activity or material breaches, explaining the reason where lawful and offering a contact for review. Request closure or available exports at info@asliwali.com. Closure does not erase legally required financial records or extinguish valid refunds and claims. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, guaranteed sales or error-free third-party services. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Disputes and governing law
Indian law governs these terms. Please first contact info@asliwali.com with the issue and relevant account or payment reference; this does not prevent urgent relief or stop a statutory limitation period. To the extent legally permitted, ordinary contractual disputes are subject exclusively to the competent courts in Ongole, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh, provided those courts otherwise have jurisdiction under law. This clause does not restrict a consumer commission, regulator, statutory forum or other mandatory jurisdiction, and does not confer jurisdiction on a court that lacks it.
Policy changes and acceptance
Material changes will be brought to users’ attention and fresh consent obtained where required. Read these terms together with Privacy, Cancellation & Refunds, and Rewards & Points policies.

Data stewardship and customer lists
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy, lawful collection and permitted use of information they enter or import. Do not upload scraped or purchased contact lists, another business’s private records, unnecessary identity documents or sensitive service details without the appropriate authority. Restrict staff access, correct reported errors and cooperate with valid privacy requests. Access to a customer profile is not ownership of that person’s information.
Location, consent and device access
Store locations, radius settings and public address details must be accurate. Device location and camera permissions are requested for relevant features and can be revoked. Customers must be told what a check-in records; check-in is not automatic agreement to marketing. QR codes should be displayed by the correct business and must not be altered to impersonate another store. GPS or network errors do not justify fabricating visits or rewards.
Plan expiry and access to existing records
When the trial and any paid period have ended, new business activity and campaign sending are restricted until renewal is confirmed. Existing records remain available for viewing and supported downloads. Existing invoice returns, cancellations and payment recording remain available to settle obligations, subject to account authorization and other applicable restrictions. Expiry is not an instruction to delete customer data or a reason to deny a legally required refund. A payment being attempted does not itself renew the plan.
Operational records and outages
Businesses should review invoices, tax details, service updates and campaign recipients before confirming them. Report missing or incorrect records with their reference. Keep legally required business records and authorized exports; do not rely on an uninterrupted internet connection or a device cache as your only record. During a provider outage, a sending or payment outcome can be uncertain. Reconcile the existing request before repeating it to avoid duplicate charges or messages.
