Cancellation & Refund Policy
On this page
Two different kinds of payment
This policy covers payments to OneAdna for AsliWali plans, messaging and optional services. A purchase from a shop or professional has that seller’s disclosed cancellation, return, warranty and refund policy, subject to law. An AsliWali invoice tool does not transfer the seller’s refund responsibility to us. Contact the seller first for their sale; report unresolved platform issues to info@asliwali.com.
Monthly plans and cancellation
₹499 for the first three paid months and ₹999 from paid month four are GST-inclusive. Current monthly links are manual payments, not recurring mandates. Stop renewal by not making the next monthly payment, or contact support to close the account. A request to cancel does not itself issue a refund. Review the paid service period, access-end date and any applicable credit before purchasing a plan. Contact support if these details are unclear.
When an AsliWali refund is appropriate
Verified duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, a payment for a service that cannot be supplied, and refunds required by law are eligible for correction or refund. For a service failure, provide the affected period and evidence so we can investigate and offer a remedy; a credit is not substituted for a legally owed monetary refund without your agreement. A successful payment followed by a missing activation must be investigated rather than requiring a second payment.
Change of mind and partly used services
A correctly supplied, activated monthly service is not ordinarily refunded solely for change of mind or non-use, and cancellation does not ordinarily produce a pro-rata refund. This rule never overrides statutory cancellation/refund rights, deficiency claims or a different written offer accepted at checkout. Before payment, support can explain eligibility for an unused, not-yet-activated service. No blanket “no refunds under any circumstances” rule applies.
Messaging and setup charges
Provider acceptance, delivery and reading are different outcomes. Any charge basis and rate must be disclosed before a campaign or paid setup is approved. A message not being read alone is not proof of a billing error. Failed, duplicated, unsent or uncertain deliveries require reconciliation against the disclosed charge basis and provider records. Unused prepaid credit, if offered, must have its own disclosed expiry and refund rules; do not assume it is cash or non-refundable. No automatic credit wallet is promised by this policy.
Requesting a refund
Email info@asliwali.com with the payer’s account, payment/receipt reference, date, amount and reason. Do not email passwords, OTPs, full card details or unnecessary identity documents. We verify the payment and may request relevant evidence. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, subject to any shorter mandatory deadline. We will explain the outcome and, if approved, provide the refund reference. Reporting a concern promptly helps investigation and does not shorten statutory rights.
How refunds reach you
Approved refunds are normally returned through the payment provider to the original payment method. We do not require a new payment to release a refund. Bank/provider processing time varies; we will give the available estimate and reference, not promise instant receipt. Original receipts remain in history, with refund information and legally required adjustment documents. A displayed “refund recorded” status is not itself proof that the bank has credited you.
Returns and rewards
A seller’s return or cancellation can reverse the rewards attributable to that sale. Redeemed purchase reward credit may be restored according to the recorded return. The seller must explain any remaining difference and comply with legal refund duties. Loyalty points are not a substitute for a monetary refund owed by law. See Rewards & Points for the distinction between points and reward credit.
Disputes
You may raise a provider/bank dispute or approach the appropriate statutory forum. Our support process does not waive those rights. The Terms’ jurisdiction clause applies only to the extent lawful.

Expiry is different from a refund
Letting a monthly plan expire prevents new paid activity; it does not automatically refund a completed service period or delete existing invoices. Existing records remain available under the applicable access and retention rules. Renewing an active paid plan extends its recorded paid period; a confirmed payment after expiry starts a new recorded period. Contact support if a paid-through date appears incorrect.
Evidence and protection from duplicate requests
Keep your original receipt and payment reference. A bank debit without a platform receipt should be investigated using the provider’s transaction status. Do not make repeated payments while the outcome is uncertain. Repeated refund requests for the same transaction do not create multiple refund entitlements. Never share an OTP or authorize a debit because someone claims it is needed to receive a refund.
